I used the app for pick up, due to business being closed, which was fine but would have preferred to work with a person. I tried to find someone at drop off but the business still seemed closed. The only door was locked. I had a question about my bill and didn’t want to deal with the app but wasn’t able to talk to anyone. I didn’t like dealing with a non-U-Haul location, especially one that had no one around. I would not pick up from that location again. I wanted to pick up at at a U-Haul location but the truck wasn’t available there.
Nick OThey forgot my Dollies but i still got charged for them. The gas level was below what was put on the contract as well. Make sure to take pictures of everything!
Dylan Jmobile pickup is slow. no one on site to help.
Matthew KThe app experience was a huge frustration and cost me 2 hours to get through the agreement. I had to call customer service multiple times to get a manual overrides. Never again will I rent a truck this way.
