I used the app for pick up, due to business being closed, which was fine but would have preferred to work with a person. I tried to find someone at drop off but the business still seemed closed. The only door was locked. I had a question about my bill and didn’t want to deal with the app but wasn’t able to talk to anyone. I didn’t like dealing with a non-U-Haul location, especially one that had no one around. I would not pick up from that location again. I wanted to pick up at at a U-Haul location but the truck wasn’t available there.
