The Nob Hill location is where I went first. Because it wasn’t expressed in any way that it would be another location. But apparently another location is an option for certain circumstances. That attendant started the conversation by saying I was there on the wrong day. Which i pointed on my printed reservation form that it was the right day. And place. Then told me to go to the other location. I had no idea why. He explained briefly like it was common knowledge. It was very frustrating. Then at the gas station location -across town, I was asked if I was given a PIN number by the attendant. Nope!!! So I had to wait while he called them and I had to wait for a call to my phone. Then I had to do all this extra stuff I had not planned for. He said I could have don’t it online. But if I could have, it was not clearly shown because I did the whole process and got my reservation and completed form. What if I hadn’t had my phone with me!? Nothing was explained when I reserved or in any following reminders. This was an added frustrating LONG process to an already difficult process. Will not recommend.

Inexperienced with unhooking tow dolly from tow vehicles other than U-Haul. I did all the work! And was still charged $20 + tax for delivery after 2PM!? I returned the tow dolly at 3pm! The store was open! And he was very happy to have another tow dolly back on his lot! Ridiculous though that he would charge $20+tax for a 3PM return when he was open for business anyway! Looks like a skimming scam to me! My return delivery was not due until the next day! So you can bet I will be on the phone with U-Haul tomorrow! About this!
kshana hlocation is accessible; however, no restroom and vehicles are parked on a graveled vacant lot.
David DThe store owner where we picked up the truck is very kind and professional, this is our second time renting a U-Haul at the same place and both times were treated very nice by the store owner and his wife. Thank you

Sean BKey was not in lockbox. Cashier had to call owner to find out what to do. Rental was delayed by over 15 minutes. And location is not in a part of the city I would want to be in for a long period of time. Area full of transients.

michelle tThe person inside the food mart working had no idea of the uhual drop off procedure. He was respectful and did write down the time I was there just in case there was any issues. I believe what would help is that on uhuals website for the drop-off location they put that you must use the website or app to do so was not fond of that rather have dropped off somewhere where the was a person to inspect the trailer and handled the drop off paperwork

JOEY ZBe ready for the customer, when I arrived I had to wait for the attendant to finish stocking a food display, then play phone tag with someone from another office to confirm details I had taken pains to fill in online. Why must I do that again?
David AThis location is not convenient to use. I really prefer using real UHAUL store locations, not dealers. Dealers are often unprepared, unorganized, and/or lacking knowledge and ability. Also, the truck had trash the cab from a previous renter, and was not very clean.
