I was charged extra fees for late drop off even though I returned it a day early amd was charged an after hours fee even though it was during the day time and I spoke with someone in person.

Help them more with return of trailer ! Had no help to remove trailèr from truck mysef ! I am a 77 year old man I can still do it for now but what about a women or older perssson. returning a trailer ! Not mad just saying like they said to me just drop it off and good to go !

TRINA SThis trailer had something wrong with it. The trailer at 55 and 60 mph shook my whole truck. Something was out of line and it made the whole 4 hour drive a miserable experience. Straps were good as well as the hook ups.
