I was originally scheduled to pick up my equipment at the main Uhaul location on Nob Hill Blvd, Yakima, Wa. at 9:00AM. The day before p/u the location was changed to Jimmys Food Market ( not the best location) and the time changed to 10:00 AM, losing an hour from my start time. The individual in charge of the Uhaul business was not there and had to be called. He was 20 minutes late. by the time I was hooked up I had lost an hour and a half from my scheduled start time. The trailer was rather beat up and was held together with large amounts of caulk at all joints and the floor sagged when walked on. Not my best experience with Uhaul. On top of all that the price for the rental had doubled in two years from $440.00 to $880.00 WTF!

Easy drop off. We have done it before on the same location.
Ramon LU-haul dealer extremely unhelpful and not knowledgeable about equipment. They also charged me a late fee saying I returned the trailer at 3:32 today which is not true. I walked in and told them I was here to drop off a trailer at 10:25 this morning they said I didn’t need to do anything just to unload it. Extremely unhappy will never use this service or location again.
Cayla GJimmy was great at getting things set up, especially when my phone was in/out of range and we had to call each other back a half dozen times (sorry about that bro!). Special thanks to the gentleman who came out when I was picking up the trailer and stood by while I fiddled with the wiring which had apparently taken a hit during my roadtrip and wasn't functioning quite right anymore. He brought out 2 separate pigtails to be sure it wasn't an issue with the trailer and stood there while it was 95F out. Appreciate your patience! However, the automated links in text messges from Uhaul for posting photos or otherwise communicating didn't work. I'd open one and it would say it was expired or not active or something like that. I was able to upload my drivers license photo but that was it.
Brian EI was charged extra fees for late drop off even though I returned it a day early amd was charged an after hours fee even though it was during the day time and I spoke with someone in person.
