There service is always great especially the old men who works at the front desk. Except for once they charged me for three days even though I dropped the trailer on the same day just when they were closed. I still understand that’s my own fault anyway for dropping off the trailer without checking it out through the app but I feel like if a customer is in a hurry and forgot, you as the certified U-Haul location should atleast call them before closing out the return after three days even though you saw the trailer was return on you business day.

Tracy BThis was the absolute worst experience I have had with U-Haul. The truck I reserved was unavailable and the establishment was not even open. I wasted an hour trying to get help and had to take a filthy truck as a substitute. The truck was dirty inside and out which makes zero sense because if you charge the previous renter a cleaning fee then WHY WAS IT NOT CLEANED? The same goes for fueling. It barely had fuel and the gas light was on at pick up. If you are charging customers a refueling fee then why is there no fuel. I also paid for a Dolly which was not available in the substituted truck. The entire situation was honestly a JOKE.

Henry SMy BIL was the driver for the day and dropped off truck near where he lives, so can't really comment on above conditions, personal, etc but since drop-off was after hours (about 7pm) w/ no one on site to answer questions, we had to call support (I merged the calls) to get assistance w/ the app (again) for him to drop the key in a box. Other part to consider: as we both were looking up info on uhaul app it took awhile to "compute" that we were working together (he as the driver, me as the payer) so I kept referring to reservation # to hopefully clarify.

STEPHANIE CThe location was a dirty old mechanic garage. The moving blankets I rented weren't in there and I had to walk all the way back up to the door, which was locked and bang on it asking for the blankets.
