Manager went out of his way for me before and after my rental!

They were undergoing some construction, but that didn't hinder the rental. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful during the rental process. A great experience! U-Haul's website failed at check in so the rental stayed active for an extra 2 days while they were closed, but that is a U-Haul issue and probably cost me more money. That was a huge disappointment. I'll be reaching out.
