Using the app was horrid. The location could use more lighting for night time pick up. But the service technician was phenomenal. He was so helpful and polite. I will definitely use this location again.

SILAS SI only drove 10 miles and I was charged for 50 miles. Employees should listen to customer when the tory to show them the mileage. I took a picture when I parked and the employee refused to look at it or verify it by going out to the truck. He just charged me for 50 miles when I only drove 10 miles.

Kelvin HI placed my order for the trailer in plenty of time for the Annapolis location, two days before pick up, I received a text changing the location. This is after I was approved for keeping the trailer for 15 days. This location is not convenient.

FLOYD BWasn't made aware of the "$15 cleaning " charge that was over 10 percent of my bill. I left the trailer clean and did not appreciate the extra charge.

brandon mApp was not working to provide confirmation of tag, milage, fuel. Rental had 62 miles to empty, not a big deal, i returned with 70 miles to empty, check engine light came on half way through trip, then electrical issues, abs, advance trac service flahing over every bump in the road.
