Amazing customer service had the trailer we needed hands-down would recommend and will use again bonus the donuts and kolaches and the ham and cheese. Croissant pockets are amazing.

The location is not easy to find. It would be nice if the sign was more prominent. The trailers sit in a field, that is slightly overgrown but still somewhat accessible (not easily but I was able to get to the trailer to hook up). The Representative was nice but seemed to be unwilling to help me get a trailer with a ramp, even though they acknowledged there were some, just not in their inventory. I contacted the national reservation line and the gentleman indicated he would send messaging to the local and nearby to try to find one but it does not appear that anything was done, as my local representative indicated she didn't know anything about it (even though I asked at the local representative FIRST). The pickup was relatively easy but the trailer was faded and the decals were coming off. The App wanted me to take pictures but would not allow me to upload them. Most of the problems are with the reservation system and not, in my opinion solely with the local representatives.
Mahlon WI dropped off the truck at night. There was no personnel available to speak to. The key drop off is on the other side of the building. Which was a little difficult to find.

BRIAN HEnsure the uhaul is clean. When inspecting the uhaul prior to my move I found the uhaul to have trash in the cab, blood on the door handles and the A/C inoperable. When inspecting the trucks loading area I found trash, the unit was not clean and pistachio shell in the loading area and all over the ramp. I work for uhaul moving help. It’s not professional to arrive at a job and my trailer is dirty.

ORLANDO HWe had a confirmed reservation in Flint TX for a 20' truck and an appliance dolly. They had given the dolly out, and their response was not acceptable, they just did not care. The Palestine, TX location had what we needed and were very good to work with. We will definately reccomend Jocelyns Rentals again, 5 Stars and 2 thumbs up!!

SAMMY RClearing out trees and bushes at my house to take to the compost site. I rented a 5x8 trailer for 24 hours. In/out was very easy and the owners are very friendly and a nice young man hooked up and disconnected the trailer for me. This UHaul location is also a donut and coffee shop. Jocelyn's UHaul/Donut shop sells an amazing iced coffee. I drank the salted caramel pumpkin sugar free latte over ice. The coffee beans are of very high quality and my drink was amazing. I'm definitely returning. I highly recommend this place for UHaul rental and for coffee!
