Connie KWe had trouble accessing the the key to the truck because the place was closed so we had to call and get help .and when we finely got The truck it had a broken light . No I would not recommend any uhale unless it is open and you can talk to someone
Larry SThis location for pickup was very nice and convenient. The mobile app checkout process was smooth. Though, the app does not allow you to zoom in on the images that the dealer took of the truck. Even in landscape view it did not allow me to zoom in on the images. I like to be very thorough when renting equipment as I will not be held liable for other people’s accidents.
Barbara WThe fuel gauge was empty when I went to pick it up. I left the fuel inbetween empty and 1/8 tank. I would have put more in it but I returned it how I received it. Other than that everything was great and easy to use.

Dustin PThe uhaul was filthy when I showed up to rent it. I actually took a video because I had a suspicion they were going to try and charge me for. I got the bill in my email today, and of course they charged me a $25 cleaning fee. I called and at first they weren't going to refund me, until I told them I had already called Uhaul and complained about how dirty it was. Then they said they would refund it. I'll be checking in tomorrow to ensure they did.

LESTER MI had trouble with the 24/7 share getting my truck had to wait two and a half hours and someone had to come and break the lock for me to get my key. The van had shifting problems in the transmission I was not happy with any of this at all and I would never use Uhaul again. I did speak to a nice customer representative named Miranda who was did everything she could and a man named Vernon who undid the key for me those are the only two people that I would say anything nice about. The lady at the location did not have any sympathy for what we went through to get the van it cost me extra money and I was very unhappy!
Sharon CI reserved my U-Haul for noon. I received a call before noon and I told her I needed to stop by the pharmacy first. She called me again at 12:15 wanting to know when I was coming that she goes “to lunch” at noon. She was rude. Had she told me that, I could have rescheduled for 1 to accommodate her schedule. I had everything online to check out. All I had to do was pick it up. I never saw her. The truck was dirty and the windshield had to be cleaned before we could travel on our move.

William CThe guy that checked out the trailer was unable to clearly explain some of the charges. This was rectified when I returned the trailer and the lady that checked me in explained it. Overall it was a very good experience. I'll be back to U-Haul next time I need a trailer.

Christopher BExcellent service and great location for my needs. She was very nice and expedient and I had no problem. I was in and out in about 5 minutes or less.
Larry JThe 20' truck I rented was extremely dirty. The truck floor was covered in dried mud and dirt. I had to sweep and damp mop the floor out before I could load anything into it or my furniture and mattresses would have been covered with mud.
brenda mNo where to pull the truck in. Location was cluttered with broke down vehicles. When I parked the truck and trailer combo the trailer was only feet from the road. There was no other place to park and there was no other uhaul equipment there. Very disappointing and frustrating to park. When I unloading my vehicle from the trailer I had to back into the road completely to get off the ramps. If the road had been any busier that could have been dangerous.
