John BMake sure all equipment specifically the safety part. After the nice gentleman hook up the trailer to my truck and I brought a light load to storage the lock that verifies the trailer stays hook to the ball unlocked on its own when I drove my gulf cart since it was last item I had to load on second trip and it damaged my plastic bumper cover and plate could have been worse planning on calling this morning to let them know not to rent it out until its fix not sure what to do about the damage talking to my insurance today also

Debbie HHave the reservation folks ask what type of vehicle is to be put on the “trailer “ and that will determine if a regular trailer will be okay. This way the customer will not be going anywhere else to pick up the toy-hauler if that’s what is needed.

Geoffrey COriginal location provided tried to give us a car hauler with straps that were thread bare and ready to break. We wouldn’t take it so they sent us to this location. Pickup was ok but near Ocala, FL we had a flat. Road service said lug nuts were very loose. U-Haul blamed us. Said we were overweight because we loaded clothes in the car we were hauling. We’ve been doing this 5 years and never had a problem. U-Haul does nothing to maintain their equipment. They take photos but do nothing in the way of repairs. Road service guy said he gets a lot of business from U-Haul because of that.
