Make sure all equipment specifically the safety part. After the nice gentleman hook up the trailer to my truck and I brought a light load to storage the lock that verifies the trailer stays hook to the ball unlocked on its own when I drove my gulf cart since it was last item I had to load on second trip and it damaged my plastic bumper cover and plate could have been worse planning on calling this morning to let them know not to rent it out until its fix not sure what to do about the damage talking to my insurance today also
