So I reserved a 6x12 trailer online and the next day went to pick it up, I showed up and said I had a reservation and the two girls behind the desk said they found it and then started clicking away with the mouse. Another guy came up and said if they could not do it to call some other guy on the prime so the girls called him and then proceeded to tell me they canceled my reservation and this other guy was going to do it over the phone. Now this was not auhaul call center they called they knew the guys number and name. I was hesitant to give my credit card info over the phone to a stranger but with the little time I had I had no choose because I was helping my son move. When they finally said it was good they told me to just go get the trailer, I backed my truck up and wenf to put it on the hitch to then realize I had to lift and move this 2000lbs trailer myself because there was not a jack to lift it off the ground. One guy came out and tried the foot another guy there who finally said go get a jack. So with the jack I finally got it unhooked up, one of the guys said on now let's check the lights before you go. I did not even make it to my driver's door and then I heard him say "yup everything is good with the lights". Finally amen I came by to rob the trailer at 3:30 a day early i looked online to see when they close and it said 6 so I drive there and when I got there it was closed, I dropped it off and called the number to let him no I am dropping it off but since they were closed I had to ask two strangers that were outside of they could help me get the 2000 lbs trailer off the hitch. I really was skeptical about just leaving the trailer there unattended or inspected but I did take pictures of the inside and out to prove it was clean and damaged free. So no I was not happy and will not use that location again. Kris Mellin

Everything was set to go on our end for pickup (pre-booked/pre checked-in) but still had to wait for confirmation? Fellow was on Facebook scrolling instead of explaining what exactly he was waiting on. My biggest complaint is with U Haul itself. The app crashes, the website is subpar at best. Frustrating is the best word I have to describe the entire experience.

The boss John was out of town , so thank goodness I had someone with me to lift the trailer onto the hitch. The lady at desk said I didn’t have a reservation and no one advised her I was coming , then after a few minutes she found it due to me having info on my phone - but even though booked for a few weeks she kept saying no one updated her that I had a booking. And then they tried to charge me upon return when she said at pick up and finding my booking it was paid. I brought it back 2 hours early and did not get a refund.
