No ac working
Pardeep SThe boss John was out of town , so thank goodness I had someone with me to lift the trailer onto the hitch. The lady at desk said I didn’t have a reservation and no one advised her I was coming , then after a few minutes she found it due to me having info on my phone - but even though booked for a few weeks she kept saying no one updated her that I had a booking. And then they tried to charge me upon return when she said at pick up and finding my booking it was paid. I brought it back 2 hours early and did not get a refund.
