Janet CThe only complaint I have is, I called and spoke with a lady and told her I was charged for 2 moving dollies and a dozen blankets. None of which I requested and I certainly didn't get then when I picked up the truck. There was nothing in the back either. I would like to think someone would at least explain why I had to pay for something I didn't use.

The whole experience was horrible. If i had another option i would never, ever rent a Uhaul again.

Chad TMr Johnson was absolutely wonderful to work with. The equipment was clean and well maintained. Initially I wasn’t able to return the uhaul to his location via the initial setup but Mr Johnson was able to assist me in changing the drop off location for my own convenience. He was available for assistance and questions every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend Mr Johnson and his service for future needs!
Jessica CI wouldn't recommend it for pickup using the app. When you are sitting there the app treks you you aren't and won't let you proceed. It took me two phone casks to Uhaul and over and hour to be able to leave. Also, we had paid for an appliance dolly that was not in the truck.

DAVID LI paid for a dolly and did not get it. They were a hour late getting my truck. They called the day before to try telling me I had to drive a hour away in the opposite direction since they did not have the one I ordered. The whole experience was totally unprofessional and ridiculous!!! Also I made the reservation almost 2 months in advance.

AYANA BQuote the price that you're actually going to charge! This is the second time I have been charged 15% more than the quoted price and ironically by the same distributor!

Trish MTire on trailer blew out after 30 minutes on the road
Steven GThe truck had cigarette butts and a cigarette lighter in the vehicle. The location did not have enough furniture pads to fill the order I had placed but still left it on my contract. The windshield wipers on the vehicle needed to be replaced. Overall, the location didn't seem prepared to process my request or have the infrastructure (e.g., quality Internet connectivity) to get the job done correctly.
Michael KOut rental was given to customer that came in after us. We clearly were in system, showed him our reservation on our phone. He didn’t have paperwork, couldn’t print us anything told us take a pic of his screen if want, gas tank was on E, he told us it was 1/4! He had no clue what he was doing. We reserved equipment, he had one thing we didn’t even reserve, yet we got charged. He acted like it wasn’t an issue that it was someone else’s fault. Would never recommend this location. Our reservation was for 10am, we left at 11:45 and was late for our event. Don’t use this location, drive further to a professional location.

Lucianne WEnsure that all systems are operational so that a customer can get a hard copy of the receipt; UHaul should ask more questions when you make the reservation because picking up took way too long - almost an hour. That’s a bit much for people who are traveling.

Filmore SI was NOT satisfied at ALL with my experience with uhaul on July 14. I was sent on a wild goose chase for a truck I reserved early in week just to be sent back to near where I lived to get the truck. Compensating miles does not change the fact because of the 3 hour delay, that I missed my son in law before he was deployed overseas. VERY dissatisfied. Still waiting for uhaul management to contact me 3 days later...
