Takisha F.When I arrived for my pick-up appointment 5 minutes early, the building was closed and no one was present. After approximately 15 minutes of waiting and getting no answer when I called the number on the window of the building, I called U-Haul directly to figure out why no one was there and why the building was closed. When the gentleman finally arrived, about 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, I had already hooked up the trailer to my vehicle myself. I never went inside the building at all. The gentleman who assisted me was polite and professional but he mentioned that he was actually thinking about closing down his facility because there were several other U-Haul rentals within a close proximity.
