We have rented a total of five trucks, and had planned, i'm renting two additional trucks in the next thirty days, but because of the extra charges, we will not be using u hall. All trucks were cleaned in the exact same manner, the two that were dropped off at different facilities.There was no additional charges. The three that were dropped off at this location.They have charge the cleaning fee on all three trucks, the first one was removed as we had proof of oil being in the truck upon pickup that we had to clean out as best we could.And then put down cardboard boxes to put our stuff on. The second one, they're claiming wood chips in the top part, except we didn't have any wood chips, and all units were cleaned out the exact same. The truck we had this weekend dropped up at a different location.No problem. The truck we had three weeks ago.Dropped off at a different location.No problem. All trucks were cleaned the exact same way, this man is just trying to make extra money. And because of this, we will not rent the additional 2U. Hauls at the end of july. And we had to deal with the one this weekend, breaking down with a check engine light and waiting 90 minutes for someone to show up clear. Look, check engine and say nothing was wrong to keep driving.If something happened to contact them so we lost an additional 90 minutes travel time. Plus however long it took him to check the vehicle out before we could leave again. The equipment was dropped off in a parking lot. There was no one there. There was a lockbox to put it in dealt with no staff or sorrow of a facility. Don't toss them

He is willing to make sure I have what my U-Haul needs require, even if he doesn't have it on the lot at the time of rental. We have used him for years and will continue to do so. Jeff BIt’s a scam. In the back of U-Haul it says to avoid the $25 cleaning fee to please sweep and put back furniture pads. This truck didn’t have the pads and I did sweep. Was still charged $25 and no one will say why. Avoid this location.
