Great rental experience. I even picked up a Steelers toffany lamp and ticket stub to the last Sterler game Jerome Betty's played in en route to winning the superbowl.

Denise MMy complaints are not with the location but Uhaul. The independent location is GREAT. But uhaul needs to start taking its customers wishes into consideration twice now I've asked for counter service and was switched to mobile pick up. I prefer actual human interaction. If I wanted to do mobile pick up I would have chosen the location that was closer. That is another complaint I have. I should not be routed to a different location to pick up equipment for out of town moves when this information is asked before I reserve my truck. I know you can do better with all the money you are making off of an already stressful life event.
