Would leave 0 stars if I could!!!!! Placed my order for u-haul online and opted out of the provided protection due to living very close to the u-haul dealer. When I received my final invoice, I found that the u-haul dealer fraudulently added protection to my account without my knowledge or consent. Could not handle this with them since they were closed when we returned it. Once I seen this on the final invoice, I reached out in a dispute and they are refusing to remove the protection from my invoice, so I can settle what I owe. Truly dissatisfied with the service I am receiving, and I want to get this handled as soon as possible.

Shunta PThere was cigarette ashes all over the cab of truck, yuck! Smelled of cigarettes! The gas tank was at line just past halfway and I filled it to just past that mark and they charged me to fill tank. Should have given it to me full and I would have returned it full.
