I had to unhitch the trailer myself while 2 staff did not help. I have never had to do it myself, they come out and do it.
Kathy MEven though I refused the additional insurance it was automatically put in again. If you have an option online to skip it then don’t force people to pay for it anyway.
Satya RThere was an issue with my drop off and the clerk there couldn’t figure out the issue because I was dropping it off early. Had to speak on the phone with Jeff Schwarz -who was incredibly loud, rude and hung up on me within 30 seconds. Even the staff at store and another customer who overheard from speakerphone were blown away by how rude this person was. WILL NEVER USE u-HAUL AGAIN because if that’s there supervisor, might as well shut the doors now.
Scott LLied about the gas level in the tank. The person on site didn’t know where the mileage was on the dash and had to ask.
Noah SThe requested cart to help with the move wasn't available; we had to hire someone to help carry items down the stairs because the proper cart was missing, which made the move take longer and made it more difficult.
