There was an issue with my drop off and the clerk there couldn’t figure out the issue because I was dropping it off early. Had to speak on the phone with Jeff Schwarz -who was incredibly loud, rude and hung up on me within 30 seconds. Even the staff at store and another customer who overheard from speakerphone were blown away by how rude this person was. WILL NEVER USE u-HAUL AGAIN because if that’s there supervisor, might as well shut the doors now.

Lied about the gas level in the tank. The person on site didn’t know where the mileage was on the dash and had to ask.
