The agent who helped me was great! Patient, kind, professional. The mobile pick up was problematic though. It would have been nice to know about an outstanding balance before I went to the pickup location. The outstanding balance was a result of identity theft and I will be filling out the identity theft form the agent sent me.
Sandra TI was not able to choose a location that was close to the airport. Since I didnt have a car and was traveling alone, it affected my travel in a huge way including making it more expensive.
Bernice CK & G vape shop was a sketchy place to pick up. Nobody told me it was self serve pickup so it took 2 calls to uhual to figure out. Customer service reps were very helpful!
