I dropped off the truck and transporter at 3pm, there was a truck in front of the establishment but no one answered the locked door. I tried calling the numbers that were on the contract and the door (for deliveries) and was sent to voicemail. No one answered so I left the equipment beside what was already there and put the keys in the overnight Dropbox. I was charged $20.00 for using the overnight/after business hour Dropbox. To me that was unfair as this location had no one manning their doors. For poor business practice I DO NOT recommend this location and I would ask U-Haul Company do an investigation on the dealings of this location for charging a bogus fee to the customers using their equipment.
