We were to rent in Kirksville, MO. Reservation was made WEEKS in advance. We were told 1 hour prior to arriving at our destination that there would be NO trucks available for a 50 mile radius. We had to drive 65 miles each way to get our truck. The service men at this location said that that should NEVER happen. We were supposed to get $50 off from corporate and that did not happens. Poor CORPORATE service.
