I was overcharged and the wiring harness was broken so lights didn’t work on the trailer. I asked about the higher price and the worker said it was a deposit that would fall off, but when I looked at the paperwork she printed, it looks like she charged me $25 for insurance that I declined when booking but she apparently added it without saying anything about it. We had to ask them to replace the wiring harness on the trailer, which appeared to be very old, faded and worn out. We waited about 20 minutes for her to do the paperwork even though I booked online.

CLARK DI was charged an extra $25 that I had not put in my reservation. I am trying to contact someone about that.
CASEY CWe were to rent in Kirksville, MO. Reservation was made WEEKS in advance. We were told 1 hour prior to arriving at our destination that there would be NO trucks available for a 50 mile radius. We had to drive 65 miles each way to get our truck. The service men at this location said that that should NEVER happen. We were supposed to get $50 off from corporate and that did not happens. Poor CORPORATE service.
