Charged for blankets/pads the location didn't have or supply. Truck had no fuel had to get gas a block after I left.

My overall experience was horrible, when I arrived to the store and opened the lock box there was no key to be found. My reservation was for 7am and I had to wait almost 2 hours for someone to bring a key. I don't recommend renting from this location. Oh and to add I reserved a dolly but this location doesn't provide that.

EFRADO RI ordered a dolley and was charged for it, I would have liked to use what I ordered and paid for. I got bit up by something in that truck, so yeah below average experience.
Lorrell BClean the area of the center console. Cup holders had a dried up mess. Passenger door was unlocked and window, was opened enough that the rain was able to make it inside. The front counter was helpful logging me in!
