The advertised contact less method of pickup was not accurate. Upon getting the keys to the truck, the pieces of equipment I paid for were not in the truck. When I went in to ask about it, I was given equipment that wasn’t actually what I paid for but what they happened to have at the time. In the truck, there was a bug that appeared to be a cockroach. Then while I had the truck I received a message in error saying that I needed to return it 2 hours sooner than what I paid for and what was on my reservation email and was advised that if I kept it I would have to pay extra. I was able to call a number to get it sorted, but even the worker noted that someone else was supposed to get it before the actual end of my rental time. This property should not be in business. Moving is already stressful, I hated to have additional issues with what was supposed to be a simple rental.

Ethan DCharged for blankets/pads the location didn't have or supply. Truck had no fuel had to get gas a block after I left.
Douglas TMy overall experience was horrible, when I arrived to the store and opened the lock box there was no key to be found. My reservation was for 7am and I had to wait almost 2 hours for someone to bring a key. I don't recommend renting from this location. Oh and to add I reserved a dolly but this location doesn't provide that.
