overall lousy experience with uhaul. definitely will not neither use it again nor recommend it to anyone. in short what happened was i rented a 10 feet truck on Thursday to return it on Friday from the "Daimler" location in Santa Ana. when i went to pick up the truck, started the check-in and pick-up procedures and been sent couple of emails including the contract and such and then i was asked to take pictures of the back of the truck as per instructions, the location associate told me to neglect such links as he switched the truck, he insisted that i should return the truck with 3/8 tank full although i received it at 2/8 tank full. also there was no back lock that i can use to firmly and securely lock the back of the truck especially when parked overnight. to top things off, when i was returning the truck the following day at 5:55 PM. the location has an entrance route and a separate exit route and both are not open rather separated from each other. so on my way to the entrance route to drop off the truck i found another truck parked horizontally blocking off the entrance with several people around it so i waited for someone to move the truck and give me way to enter and drop off my rented truck but no one did, and then a man appeared and told me to go through the exit route to drop off my truck without introducing himself and when i asked him why should i drive in the opposite route he answered me: " BECAUSE I SAID SO" and when i asked him who is he, he said: " I AM TONY THE OWNER OF THIS LOCATION" i answered him thank you for letting me know as this will be beneficial for me for the customer review, he answered me AGGRESSIVELY: " I DON'T CARE". i eventually did that, dropped off the truck, dropped the keys in the drop box and left the location upset. if this is the quality and level of customer care and service that uhaul provides then, forget it. it's the worse experience i have ever had.

PHILLIP GThis is just a mobile office in the middle of 2 parking lots. There is no room to park your vehicle if you are going to rent equipment. If you are dropping off it is a very tight space between a tree and the mobile office.
