The guy who gave me equipment gave me an auto transport trailer with a flat tire, a tire with two nails in it, and two other tires with low pressure. There was no inspection whatsoever, and I was under the impression everything was good until I started to drive past 40 mph on the freeway to notice there was severe jerking which I then had to pull over mid-night and wait for multiple roadside assistance to repair these damages. Very dangerous and careless.

Washer Your rentals. Cleanliness is key
Munachimso OThe car windscreen was dirty. The online check-in through the app wasn't allowing me to upload photos. I had to contact help through chat where I uploaded photos to complete the check-in process. This wasted me some time. Return was smooth though.
MOSTAFA HKinda hard to find..... but you know that. Appreciated the wave down! But everyone was super helpful and knew their space constraints!
