I rent trucks regularly for my staging business and have used many different locations. This is by far my favorite one. The trucks are always clean, well-maintained, and equipped with locks, which makes me feel secure when renting for multiple days. I’ve never had issues with unexpected charges. The customer service is excellent. One time, after hours, another vehicle was blocking access when we returned a truck, and security responded right away and helped resolve the issue. Great service, great staff, and a reliable location. Highly recommend!

Andrew XThe location was perfect, but the software to allow check-in, either self check-in or assisted check-in at the desk, was not working. The person working at this location did the best he could to get people checked in so they could get moving, but the software was a disaster. I'd like to be able to rate the software / check-in separately. While it has worked well other times I've rented from UHaul, this time it was a 1/5.
CHRISTOPHER NI accidentally filled more gas to the truck than I was supposed to, when I returned it and I would like to get a 15$ back on my credit card please. I tried calling the Uhaul dealer but they didnt pick up their phone
