Would be good to not get a truck that is less than 1/4 tank full.

MOHAMED EThe Uhaul reservation system is terrible. I was promised a call to confirm my reservation and pick up location. That call never came in. I was given the run around by the call center numerous times. Terrible communication but the dealer I ended up getting the trailer from was great.

Margalida TBooked on line to pick up from this location and deliver in Rancho Santa Margarita. I was surprised that the drop off was not accepted because this location does not allow returning the truck to another location. I was not alerted of the return policy. Put me in bad situation.

Brendan BTony at K&C Logistics was great. We had problems in the morning getting a 15 ft truck and were told we needed to change locations and get a 20 ft instead. It required a lot of time on the phone to get things sorted out and Tony was there helping us the whole time. I had problems with the gas tank and he was able to get that corrected. He also checked in with me the next day to make sure the trip was going well. Tony was great and really made a bad situation with have to change pickup locations much easier.

Erika LThe location was nothing more than a dirt lot in the middle of an industrial park adjoining CA 55. The young man working. The lot was friendly, efficient, and thorough. They have very little equipment in the yard, and the yard appears to be used for storage of heavy vehicles more than for U Haul.

He took the time to familiarize me with the trailer, the hitching system, light hook up and had some great TIPS that were super useful and added to my safety. He really went ABOVE & BEYOND. I'll come back to this U-Haul everytime

CHRISTINE LFirst time renting and using a trailer (5X8). Equipment was clean and nice. I was worried since I have never drove the truck with the trailer before, but the employee at the location well demonstrated and well explained how to attach the trailer to my truck. Also, he taught me how to back up (reverse) the truck while trailer is attached.

Jason PRented a uhaul with a quarter tank, returned it with a quarter tank left. Needle was infinitesimally below a quarter, nowhere near 3/8 tank and they charged me an extra $45 for that. That is unprofessional and idiotic.

James CGot charged for 91 miles. I drove no more than 40 and that’s being generous, got absolutely scammed and the person I talked to was incredibly rude and did nothing to help. Lied on the phone, said one thing and did another, all around terrible experience and would absolutely not recommend anybody to this location. Have rented U Hauls for every move i’ve had the past 7 years and have never had a single issue until now using this location.
