Brian ROur reservation seemed like it kept getting changed every time my wife called in. I originally reserved it so that I would pickup the truck at the location off of El Camino Real in Tustin, CA but my wife would call in and verify that it was the Tustin location and the person on the phone would say were in the system for picking up the truck at a different location. My wife would ask for the pickup location to be switched back to the Tustin location and she would be told that it was switched but then the next time she called in it would be a different pickup location. The Santa Ana pickup location ended up being fine, and the U-Haul attendant was quite nice and and agreeable given that our reservation and pickup was not as smooth as were expecting from using U-Haul. He threw in an extra dolly and the twelve moving blankets because of the hassle we went through. Our truck had almost no fuel in it so he gave us a sixty dollar credit to use for gas to make up for that problem. We used one of the moving companies recommended by U-Haul for packing up our truck. I believe we went with Gonzalez Movers and there were two guys who came out to our place in Irvine to pack up our stuff. There names were Eduardo and Isaac and they did a fantastic job packing up our 20 foot U-Haul truck. They were probably the best part of the beginning of our trip. I would highly recommend those two guys for loading stuff into a U-Haul.
