The location was perfect, but the software to allow check-in, either self check-in or assisted check-in at the desk, was not working. The person working at this location did the best he could to get people checked in so they could get moving, but the software was a disaster. I'd like to be able to rate the software / check-in separately. While it has worked well other times I've rented from UHaul, this time it was a 1/5.
CHRISTOPHER NI accidentally filled more gas to the truck than I was supposed to, when I returned it and I would like to get a 15$ back on my credit card please. I tried calling the Uhaul dealer but they didnt pick up their phone
Jaromir BFill the gas tank before renting it out if you're charging people up the wazoo for gas. Do oil changes on time so I'm not wondering if my rental has gone 20,000 miles without an oil change.
