My experience with Uhaul rental went really good. I chose K&D Wireless rental location in Selma, Alabama. The lady was really nice. They had the appliance dolly I requested but didn’t have the furniture dolly. They also had the pads I requested. I rented the uhaul for 24 hours. I would recommend this location. I would rent from them again.

The only thing I didn't agree with is not being able to change the drop off location. When I received the text message about returning the truck to the drop off location it was to late to change it and I had to drive a uneccessary 15 miles out of the way.
NICHOLAS EI had to drive 20 miles to Macon to pick up my trailer, total of 40 miles out of the way. I requested an appliance dolly but it wasn't on my order. Granted I should've checked prior to leaving the rental place but I trusted the agent to have my order correct.

Knowing they all ready charge who had the trailer before me. I guess that's how they get over on their customers. Charge the persin who had it before, then they want clean it out so they can charge the next customers.

Red ants were coming from everywhere. along with some other little black bugs. Upon returning this truck you request pictures be taken to show the condition of the truck, but you need to have pictures taken before the rental. Extremely nasty. Your organization should be ashamed of yourself.
Evelyn BDirty truck inside cab and the back no dolly's. Caheg3d me for pafs we had none. We were tried to be charged for 85 more for gas. We'll nope not gonna do that. We got it o1/4 of a tank and left it on 1/4 of thank. This time this whole experience was awful. The equipment was not.maintained well.at all and was filthy. We had to ask for another pigtail for the trailer the lights did not work and it went down hill from there No dolly no furniture pads. Just the one. I am so glad I never have to go to selma Alabama again. Wouldn't not ever go in to.that location ever.
Diane RHillary at the counter was not professional or polite. She was late coming out of the back room. She was slow to explain the increase in price from what I had reserved. Then asking if I still wanted to rent the truck just because I questioned some charges that I had not heard of in many past Uhaul rentals. The differences were only $10 but it was the principle. And now I do not see the $18+ credit shown on my receipt but not on my mobile bank statement. Went from $19.99+ gas mileage that I expected up to $50.44 and back to $30. For 15 ft back to 10 ft. she a made a snide remark about there is a way to talk to people which I could have said the same about how she talked to me, age 77, customer!

Willie RNot K&D Wirelees fault … they had the equipment I needed. I was moving from Montgomery, Alabama to Oklahoma City Oklahoma. The dispatcher wanted me to pick up a truck in Georgia. I asked if there was a location closer and they sent me to Selma, Alabama. The first location did not have the equipment. Back on the phone with the dispatcher, they sent me to a Georgia dispatcher who could not help me. Back on the phone again for another 30 minutes. I finally got a hold of an Alabama dispatcher. She sent me to the other location in Selma that had the equipment. I spent about 2 1/2 hours going out of my way to pick up the equipment which could’ve been time for me. However, the equipment was great and though long the drive was OK and I made it to my destination.

I had to stop to put gas in the truck before O got to my location, then y’all had the nerve to charge me for going over my mileage, but no money was deducted for the vehicle being nasty.
Atalaya MThe trailers were parked in a lot behind the store, with the backs of the trailers against a fence with vines. The first trailer had to be connected and pulled out a few feet. The door was open, and upon manipulating the door, swarms of wasps boiled out. In addition, one tail light was not functioning. I was then instructed to try another trailer. After pulling it away from the fence and opening the door, it had a large ant bed in the back that had to be cleared with difficulty. There was no assistance from the personnel on hookup or drop-of. I recommend: 1. The staff assist the hook-up and drop-off, so as to better stay on top of the equipment condition 2. That the trailers not be required to parked with the back against the fence with vines

Valerie WThe trailer had flat, bald tires, so she offered a different trailer. The second trailer had vines and shrubs growing through the bumper and tailgate; and there were ants. The lady was nice and the process was simple though.
Bobby KThe UHaul experience was a complete failure;however, tge local store did a great job. I booked online a 6x12 trailer only to arrive Friday and the store clerk told me she had not had a 6x12 for over a week. The nearest 6x12 was 70 miles away in Calera, AL. The reservation was changed to Calera without my OK and when I tried to contact UHaul customer service I waited over an hour to speak to a person and that person then put me on a “death loop” where I would never get back to an agent. Three other calls with customer service agents proved fruitless. Our plans were compromised as we had to settle for a 5x8 unit with roughly 1/2 the capacity as the requested 6x12. Your products are essential for folks like me… however, I should not be able to book a unit that is not available.
