The driveway is full of gigantic pot holes that you can't even see after a good rain storm so it was a little choppy returning here. But other than that it was easy to find and the customer service was good.Danielle B.

The rear entrance has enormous potholes that could do severe damage to customer's vehicles. Uhaul's website has a lot of problems and is not user friendly.Will M.

I was over charged I had a ten foot truck the smallest one you all have abs was charged for a 15 footer I tried to explain it and as well I has to take pics of the truck and the lady still would not help or didn't know what she was doingKimberly B.
I was charged a cleaning fee with no evidence that the trailer was not cleaned. I personally cleaned out the back of the truck, inspected the front and even checked the gas gauge. When I called to ask why I was charged, the woman told me she did not but said â€œwell it must've been dirtyâ€ I told her it was not. She said her 83yr old dad was the owner and â€œif said he wasn't clean, then it wasn't clean.â€ When I told her I don't know her but, but I know how I clean asked to have him call me be she hung up the phone. Seeing as there is not proof that the truck was not cleaned and he makes the profit from cleaning fees, I think we can all understand why I question it without proof. This is the most unprofessional experience I've had with a company in a very long time. I will NEVER use this location again, and I have 2 more move scheduled.Kelly C.

After getting the truck I called the gentleman and told him the gas wasn't where the paper work said it was and I had to clean out the back in order to put what I needed into it. Also the trucks steering was very loose and I was told by the lady when I reserved the truck I could get a dolly but never got one, then find out they took extra money for gas which I put back where it was when I got it. I had to wait an hour and a half after my reservation time to get the truck being told there was website issues and I was on a timed schedule. I will not use Uhaul again after all the trouble I had.Crystal S.

The truck I first got was not heavy enough to haul my trailer, which was my fault, and I put $40.00 worth of gas in it! I brought it back and the rep. Was very helpful! He got me a bigger truck which I had a great ride! The only thing I didn't care for was he said I just had to take a loose on the fuel! I ended up putting another $40.00 in the truck I used and turned it in with almost a half of a tank of fuel more than when I got it! I feel a little bit taken with the experience! The rep was very nice and said he couldn't do anything because of Uhaul policy! Sad!!william M.
