The truck is full of other people's garbage. I had to take photos of the damage on the front of the vehicle because it wasn't on the report and I was not going to be charged for it. And when returning the truck they demanded from me to park it in a very tight space. They don't have parking for the vehicles. Also, I did a pretty check-in and had to redo everything again. Not really sure what the point of that was.

melkis aThis was a filthy dirty location and to top it off the person in charge didn’t know how to their job we had to wait 35 min to pick up this truck and 45 min to return it because she didn’t know how to use the system.... and didn’t understand how this works. I will never again use uhaul truly a horrendous experience pls hire people that understand your system and mainly at least understand a little bit of English

Jorge AFirst reservation was not found by representative. Had to book a new one with a smaller truck. The back of the truck was dirty and items like a lock, spoons and others were in the truck at the time of pick up.

Ronald GThe cab was relatively clean but when I pulled out of K and R a loud banging sound started. So loud it scared me to the point of a near accident. Then I pull over to see what is happening a a homeless man was in the cargo area . It was an extremely frightened no experience. To make matters worse, there was also urine in the back cargo area which I had to clean prior to loading. While I commend the owner for being kind they should have also seen to it that the truck was empty of humans and clean! It was a terrible experience
mark sThe lady had bums sleeping in the back of the truck. She also wanted to wait so that I could park it in a very,verte small área that the truco eouldnt nota fit. Ivette rented kits if uhual trucks and I've never,ever experienced this unprofessionalism. Unbelievable!

Anthony MI was very surprised that a dollar store would have u-hauls to rent and I was a little hessitant but I am glad I booked with them. The woman at the front managing the store was very nice and helpful. The truck was very clean and in excellent condition. I will be back to rent again from here.

Had a horrible experience and wait time when calling Uhaul customer service and was charged the projected amount and have yet to receive my refund for the mileage that was not used.

They didmt have my truck ready on time the lady wasnt willing to help me call them to qsk what was going on she didnt have my information im yhe system so i had to call myself to fox the problem k paid for a 12" dolly and yet when i got into the truck there was no dolly and i had to go back and and they only had a 10 and yet re charge my Card because she couldnt find my confirmation on her system. So i had to show her on my phone and yet she wasnt capable of complete her job wasted 2 hours to pick up my truck. Lack of training horrible experiance ever never again!
Ammie HThe parking it's impossible for this truck. It doesn't make any sense. The person in charged told me to park it in the same small spot again. It's a 20 size truck! I can tell you this. Uhaul you are losing customers and reputation with this dealer. Good luck I would never come back to this hole.
Eduardo THello , I went to pickup the truck and it took 40 minutes so, that I could get the truck . She was advising that system was very slow and she had to restart her laptop 3 times and she made comments that this always happens . It's unacceptable that it takes 40 minutes to rent a truck and on top of that she said I had to return it at 9am or I would get charged even though it took quite sometime to get the truck . Overall, it was not a good experience. Thank you .
David QThe store front where I rented the truck sell un taxed cigarettes which is illegal. It was raining inside the truck from the poorly installed windshield and the box area was wet. I had to put the visor forward to deflect the water onto the dash instead of my soaking wet pants. Thank god the water didn't short out the electrical system in the dash. Now I know why there were 5 air fresheners to mask the humid smell from all the water that leaks in. I had no choice but to take the truck and luckily I was able to get my furniture home without any water damage. You need to check who you do business with.

MONICA CThe agent was not knowlegable and the owner of the business was noyt on site. The agent had to phone call the owner of the business to understand what to do. The owner of the business did not know what to do either. They ask me to provide my own car registratation and the phone number and name of a person that knows me. A lot of time was lost as a result of so much lack of responsibility. Very bad service overall.
