Location was not open when I arrived. Parking was very confusing. Where should you park if gate is closed? Sign at front says NO PARKING. Clear instructions would get better rating. Mobile check in was excellent.

They took good care of us, and we were having all kinds of trouble with the Uhaul app. I had trouble downloading pics when picking up and entering in info when returning. Customer service was also so much help, very professional and kind during the frustration ls of dealing with the app. I've rented many Uhauls over the years and made reservations through the app, and all that works great! But trying to set up a pick-up and drop-off using the app without going into the store is slow, clunky, glitchy, and an overall frusating and exhausting experience. I wouldn't recommend anyone doing that and would recommend just going into the store.
