This location was a alternative location made by the original U-Haul location I scheduled my rental at. The vehicle only had a quarter tank of gas in it and I had to drive this vehicle to Long Beach, which forced me to put gas in it before starting. Upon going to the original U-Haul, which was approximately 2 miles down the street to ask why I had so little gas in the truck, I was told, this is how trucks get returned to them. The location the truck was at was a Used auto dealership. The person who handled the rental was good but he told me if I returned the truck with more gas in it, I would get refunded the difference. The biggest improvement here is have rental trucks gassed upon picking up. The questions asked in this survey for this rental are unfair rating questions to ask.

My drop off location was changed to this location during the move. It was difficult to find as I was not told it was a car lot, not a Uhaul location. The guy at Kar Auto Group was fine. The person at Uhaul should have told me it was not a Uhaul lot. I had to finally call Uhaul to figure out where to go and was only told then it was a car lot.

Robinson VI reserved a truck on Tuesday and they did not tell me they did not have one way equipment until the day before when they called to confirm. Perhaps you could have mentioned that sooner. Also I was a bit upset that the dolly was not in the truck. I had workers waiting to help me move and i had go and get a dolly at another location. If someone is picking up before/after hours i would be sure to double check additional rental equipment. Moving is stressful on people and we depend on trucks and equipment.
