I reserved a truck on Tuesday and they did not tell me they did not have one way equipment until the day before when they called to confirm. Perhaps you could have mentioned that sooner. Also I was a bit upset that the dolly was not in the truck. I had workers waiting to help me move and i had go and get a dolly at another location. If someone is picking up before/after hours i would be sure to double check additional rental equipment. Moving is stressful on people and we depend on trucks and equipment.

ANTHONY LThey tried their best, to get me a truck when I needed it. But they didn't take the time to clean it out. So I had to clean trash, clothes and ashes from it. When I returned it to the Victorville location, I got charged a cleaning fee, which is really unfair.
Uriel HLocation was not open when I arrived. Parking was very confusing. Where should you park if gate is closed? Sign at front says NO PARKING. Clear instructions would get better rating. Mobile check in was excellent.

Brittany MThe rental pick-up location was fantastic! They took good care of us, and we were having all kinds of trouble with the Uhaul app. I had trouble downloading pics when picking up and entering in info when returning. Customer service was also so much help, very professional and kind during the frustration ls of dealing with the app. I've rented many Uhauls over the years and made reservations through the app, and all that works great! But trying to set up a pick-up and drop-off using the app without going into the store is slow, clunky, glitchy, and an overall frusating and exhausting experience. I wouldn't recommend anyone doing that and would recommend just going into the store.
