The location was in remote and not manned. The company did have a young man answering the phones who was a 10 out of 10 stars for his customer service skills. The trailer was incredibly heavy and did not have a jack on it. This required it to be picked up off the ground and placed my hitch. I find this completely unacceptable for a safety reason. I was unable to lift it so I had to wait 10 minutes or so for them to send someone to my location to help. Also the blankets and dolly I rented were not in the trailer and had the person not needed to come to my location I would not have gotten those items. Otherwise ever was fine and my stuff made it to Maryland fine. The trailer hauled well behind my truck. I also want to say that when I returned the trailer on Sunday to the exxon in Maryland the man there also struggled with the weight of this trailer and had a difficult time getting off my truck. Ihaul needs to do better by its employees and put jacks on these trailers.

Location was closed. Sign in the window showed a number to call but just got a busy signal. Called customer service and the just had me drop it and do the return through the app.

SUSAN DRough convenience store and area. Not pleased at all with the area. The truck cabin was dirty. I cleaned off a large amount of leaves from the hood and windshield to make the vehicle possible to use. The windshield was filthy inside and out. The storage area was very clean and that was great. Otherwise no issues.

RICHARD CI was charged $44 gas fee. When I turned in the truck with poor gas than when I picked it up .when I went back to the location to have it adjusted I was told nothing they could do about it I had used U-Haul for work jobs over the years but after being robbed I won't be back
LESLIE ECharged me for an extra day when there was only 42 minutes difference between the prior day's pick up time. Also, I couldn't drop off at Shallotte location so had to travel additional 20 minutes to Lockwood, NC. Not happy about that.
