When I picked up my trailer no one was at the location. I called the store and was told no one would be there for a few minutes. 35 minutes later they showed up. I was not given any instructions or assistance with the trailer and was basically left on my own. Poor management and no customer service.John T.

The truck was parked in a junk yard, had bits and pieces of junk everywhere. This was a concern because the lot was small and you had to drive over broken tires and parts. This could caused damage to the truck, thankful, we moved tires and junk to clear a cleaner path to exit.Ricky V.

Double check and make sure that the additional items purchased are in the truck. I had requested an early time to get things moving and the hiccup caused a significant delay in my moving time. I had to drive to another uhaul location to pick up the additional items. I appreciate how then CS team was responsive despite the ordeal (kudos to Sheryl, she was amazing), but it unfortunately made the move longer and negatively impacted it negatively. Additionally, the location did not have signage to indicate that it was KBF Pro. If I didn't confirm the address I would have assumed that I was in the wrong location. It didn't help that there were no Uhauls visible or signs to I dictate that this was a uhaul pick up location.Leslie A.

Fender on the tow dolly we rented was cracked, and taped. But it made it all the to Wisconsin and did the job it was intended for. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend this location!Patrick E.

The person responsible to complete the rental process was not available. So the gentleman that was attending the location/store completed the process with a U-Haul representative over the phone (longer than usual). But I have to mention that he was a very courteous person.Abigal R.
Place is a joke. They opened up 15 minutes late. Only a young girl there. Trailer was full of dirt. Myself and another customer had to move equipment around to get access to the equipment we needed. Should be ashamed to have someone like that represent U haul.Michael S.

Very bad administration, I had to wait for more than an hour to receive the truck because their computer access was blocked and in the service line they had them waiting for more than 35 minutes. At the end they called the area manager to get the leasing going on. Very bad service at this location, the lack of Comunication between staff was horrible not to mention the unprofessional look that the lady had.Eileen P.

Worst experience EVER!. When I rented the truck, I chose the location (a flooring retailer) because it was very close to my home and would save me gas and mileage cost. The owner did not give me any paperwork because he said he was having trouble with his computer - but advised he emailed it to me. I told him I would be returning the truck same day before he closed. When I returned the truck - around 4:30 (closes at 6:00) - he had locked the front door so I could not return the keys and check in. Lights were on, his car was there, but no matter how hard I beat on the door, he would not open it. I left and came back an hour later to find he had turned out all the lights and left (5:30 - 30 min before closing time). When I returned the next day, he claimed that since I had the key, it would be another day's rental charge.....but he wouldn't charge me..REALLY! I had put gas in the truck before I returned it. Well again he did not check me out, and emailed my receipt. When I got home & ckd my computer - he charged me for an extra day and for gas! This guy is a slimey - piece of Sh__!Susan A.
