Fix your app? It doesn’t work. My confirmed reservation had to be manually entered to appear on the app. I had to call to make this happen. I also had to call again to complete the check in process which took a half hour to complete. I had to call a third time to complete the return as the app wouldn’t allow me to advance to the next steps. A helpful agent told me she would take my info and complete the process. Truck interior was dirty at pick up, appliance dolly was leaning against a building. It should be in the truck as it was an after hours pick up/drop off. GEEZUS.

Dave WTrailer could have been cleaned out better when we picked it up. I swept it our well upon return removing dirt and other garbage that we did not track into.

PAMELA GDespite not receiving notice that this was my drop off location - they had to search in the system, the customer service was excellent. They were very friendly, explained that they had to search the system to locate our rental so it would take a bit longer. I would use this location again because of their customer service and positive attitudes.

Michael HI had a wonderful experience. The staff was personable, kind and helpful. Tho this rental is 20 miles from my home (others ate within 5 miles but didn’t have the size I need) I will return to Keane because they were just that wonderful.

Chris GDid not have a problem with either the drop off or pick up location. The problem was that uhaul wanted to change the drop off location to a place 40 miles away. It was also the holiday weekend so no one was there and we had to waste A LOT of our time waiting on hold to speak to someone from uhaul to figure this out.

Jodi RThe place was okay. Very upset that I reserved a Uhaul 5 minutes down the road then had to drive 1 1/2 to this location and back. Overall it was fine and everything worked out but upset I had to drive so far to pick up my trailer.
Raegan SI had a hard time locating a car hauler in Iron Mountain MI, so the lady at Midwest Mini Storage and Movers in Iron Mountain checked around and located one in Crystal Falls (Keene Automotive). I drove out there to pick it up and couldn’t have been more pleased with the service. The folks at Keane Automotive were amazing! Customer service like this is very hard to come by these days and I’m very grateful for their help in this move.
Jessica HThe customer service at this location was horrible and moreover I believe the people running this place were trying to scam me. They checked in my truck and charged me only for the extra days I had kept it (perfectly fine), but then things got wierd. Kelly, the wife of the owner who handles customer service with UHaul began calling me the day to follow after everything had been returned and completed. She left me several rude messages telling me the truck was "filthy" and I needed to come down right away and clean it because they weren't going to. This made no sense since all we moved was furniture and household items and the truck truly was not filthy as she was stating. We even looked at the back of the truck upon return and nothing was stated as a problem at that time. I have rented multiple Uhaul trucks and trailers in the past few months and never had this happen before. I'm not sure if these people were trying to charge me something directly for a "cleaning fee" they made up after check in or what, but it just simply wasn't true that the truck was even dirty at all. In addition, when I called to discuss this with Kelly at the shop, she immediately began yelling at me and talking to me in a condescending tone. I told her she could charge me the $25 fee for the cleaning eventhough I didn't agree it was dirty as she was stating and she even still continued to yell at me and tell me I needed to come down to the shop "right now" and "clean the filthy truck". I was 5+ hours away, in the middle of a huge move and pregnant, so that just wasn't possible. Anyway, I would recommend you go elsewhere if you have to rent or return a Uhaul truck. These people caused nothing but stress in my life and were extremely rude. Customer service is not their forte.

Ben NPlease make sure that the rubber chain latches are intact on all equipment. I had to use haywire to secure chains to be safe.
