These guys were excellent. I forgot my CC at the location and wouldn't have known if they didn't call. More so, they drove up the interstate to meet me half way. Great people and service. They really went out of their way to help mitigate something that could have been a great inconvenience for me. This was also at 5:30 on a Friday evening when they were closing shop. Kelly's drive was very muddy and large holes and rut's and tall grass what little yard there the grass was very tall. They have two driveways and both were mud and deep holes with water in them. They lady working there was very nice. It's just I think they need to fix driveway. and mow. Should not have to drive through all that.Wanda T.

New or at least newer wiper blades would be a great help and the drivers visor was broken and would operate to the side for late afternoon sun blockage which could have been dangerous try it you'll then understand. The truck was a huge gas hog when loaded but I did appreciate the upgrade it was needed.Dennis N.

Take the extra time to make sure that the equipment is hooked up properly. I had to make sure this myself. Can be difficult when you know nothing about towing or trailers or the hook up involved.anthony R.
The website said the place opened at 8 am. It actually opens at 9. I feel I was charged differently from what online quoted. I even did the precheck in ... Still took more time than I expected.Robert J.

I was scheduled to pick unit up on Saturday morning. Stopped by on Friday afternoon to verify. I was told that no one would be there Sat. No one had called to let me know this. I did get them to let me pick it up on Friday afternoon.Donald W.

The afternoon before U-Haul changed my pick up location to 21 miles south of the initial pick up location and a morning pick up time. However, I phoned the U-Haul representative to advise I'd requested an afternoon pick up time. Due to problematic issues with the pick-up location software database and the incorrect rate, which was immediately resolved, I had to wait approximately 3.5 hours. Also I thought that the supplies I ordered would be at the pick up location, however, this wasn't the case and not the fault of the pick up location since it was changed the afternoon before. I had to pick up the moving supplies from the original location which of course caused loss of valuable time. Pick up location staff were very friendly, professional and customer oriented.Gerald M.

I had to wade thru water, muck and mud to get to the office. Once inside there was no place for me to sit and wait, the office was disgusting with grease and dirt. He could not give me my contract because he was out of ink for his printer. He could not find the keys to the truck. When I went back to pick up the truck it would not start, it was filthy and ran so rough we averaged 3 to 4 miles to the gallon. I got concerned when he said he would leave the keys in the truck, his reply was " every truck on the lot has keys in them, we don't take them out". My question was, then where are the keys to this truck? Also this location is pure ghetto, when I was sent a repair man, he was also a jerk. He was rude and smelled of alcohol.PAULA H.

I can understand not having U-Haul's just sitting full of fuel. Easy to steel, or create trouble. But when I rent something. I prefer for it to be full of fuel at the start.dennis H.

Vehicle that was actually reserve was not available. Vehicle given was not clean. Location: had no paper had to print contract on back of flyer. Then they ran out of ink and said it was the 45 minutes before they could get a new ink cartridge there.CHRISTY W.

When a order is placed, place and time of pickup should be guaranteed. Not a good feeling when time is sensitivie and your order may or may not be where or when you you need it. If there was an alternative I would take it.Lonnie W.

Have more reliable U-haul dealers. Very very unhappy about how I had to go to 2 different U-haul dealerships to even get help with my reservation. Had a reservation at a dealer than, they decided to leave before I showed for my reservation time. Then at the next dealer I had to wait for over 1 hour to get my, "NEW" reservation which was very frustrating and annoying. I promise I will never use U-Haul again unless I am convinced otherwise and I will not recommend U-Haul to anyone.KEVIN S.

I made my reservation two weeks in advance for nashville, ga at 7:30 AM. The friday before i moved on Sat morning, I got an email stating pick up my truck in sparks, ga before 11 AM. I got to the sparks location at 930, and had to wait until 1130 for anyone to even show up to do my paperwork and give me a key to the truck. my general dolly wasnt in the truck. I had to help the girl figure out how to do the computer as well. I realize there are difficulties, but I also had a schedule to keep too. I finally left with the truck about 1230, 5 hours later than i wanted to.SEAN C.

The only problem I had was I also ordered a dolly on line and the dolly was not there causing my task much harder to do. So make sure a person ordered something extra please have it for ur customer.KELLY L.
Entrance road was full of pot holes. Grass was knee high. Interior of the "store" was filthy. Staff were kind and helpful. Tifton, GA location where I reserved a truck did not have one so I was diverted to Sparta, GA. Sparta location had a 14' truck, but I had reserved a 10' truck. Cost for rental was the same, but I'm sure I paid more for gas than I should have (that's why I "reserved" a 10' truck!!). An allowance for extra gas money spent would have been nice.Lawrence C.
