From scheduling and pickup to delivery, everyone I dealt with—Cary, Nolan, and Sam, as well as the call center staff—was absolutely awesome. They were helpful, knowledgeable, polite, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. It was truly a pleasure, and they made this a great experience from start to finish. They all deserve a raise and a bonus! If I owned a business, I would hire every one of them without hesitation. My concerns have nothing to do with the excellent employees who assisted me. However, I would like to bring an accessibility issue to the attention of corporate. U-Haul should consider providing more accommodations for customers with mobility challenges, particularly when it comes to getting in and out of the trucks. A simple step stool or similar aid could make a significant difference. I am fully approved and licensed to drive, and I presented my valid driver's license as required. Please remember that someone may appear perfectly fine on the outside, but you never know the health challenges they may be facing every day. Another concern is accessibility for wheelchairs and mobility equipment. I was fortunate that the 15-foot truck I rented had a ramp, but the 10-foot truck did not. Accessibility features should be more consistently available across your fleet. U-Haul has an opportunity to be more accommodating to customers with disabilities and mobility limitations, and I hope this feedback reaches the appropriate department for consideration. Terrible place. I requested the truck the day before the move 7:30. I hired movers to be at my place at 8. I didnt get the truck until 9 because whomever didn't click the button to check in. So i lost 150 right off the bat. Next, there was almost no fuel. AND I was charged WAY more than I should have been. Never again.

Have a better parking set up. Truck was parked in a narrow spot between a car and a pole. Staff was nice and assisted in getting the vehicle out and back in the spot

The gas gauge was stuck at the halfway point and I put like an extra $25 in gas u til it finally moved the needle.

**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ U-Haul Tampa to DeFuniak Springs – Smooth and Comfortable Move!** We recently rented a U-Haul truck in Tampa to move our household goods to DeFuniak Springs, and everything went off without a hitch. The truck was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable for our 8-hour drive. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the Florida heat, and the cab had more than enough room for three adults—and even space for our pets to ride along comfortably. The entire process was easy and efficient from pickup to drop-off. We’re grateful for the reliable equipment and smooth service that made a big move feel manageable. Highly recommend!

Keys were not available in the correct place, no proper instructions provided in the app too. Not an ideal experience. This led to a lot of issues like uploading license, keys location, myriads of pictures, etc.

The staff person was very cordial and understood our situation with the key tat St.Pete location gave us. Is just the stablishment is kind of difficult to enter in Kennedy. But the people were helpful. More than st. Pete.
