Booked 3 dozen moving pads for a 20’ truck rental. They only had 18 pads so way short on pads for move yet they gouged me 2 dozen pad charges instead of 12 or 18. Returned truck at 815 am at drop box because they opened on Saturdays at 830. I picked up truck at 817 on Friday yet had nerve to charge for 2 days rental unbelievable price gouging. Waiting for credit on my charges I will contact bbb if no credit $$$$
