So many things...! A nice start would be to make sure that all four tire pressures are at their recommended pressures. When I started the truck, the low tire beacon was illuminated. I spent 34 minutes attempting to pick up the truck on the app; however, the app did not recognize Kersh's. I then called UHaul Customer Support, spoke with Agent 1. After 11 minutes of back-and forth, Agent 1 had no idea how to remedy the problem, so I waited on hold again for a Technical Support Agent. Agent 2 also had absolutely no clue after 8 minutes, so they said they would have a Regional Manager call me. The Regional Manager called after 9 - 10 minutes of waiting (all the while I was paying two people $15.00 to move me - yet nothing was being moved because I did not even have the truck yet!) The Regional Manager worked VERY hard and finally got me into the truck 1 hour and 15 minutes after I was to have begun my move. I asked the R.M. how much they were going to discount this rental and they said, "I am just not sure. I am going to think on it and I will get back to you." That was Sunday afternoon at 1250 hours...it is now 0612 hours on Tuesday and still no word from RM and no charges posted yet. This ties up my checking account because I can not balance it out until I know these charges! Overall, thus far, this experience has been completely and utterly stressful and unacceptable. Upon returning the truck, the check-in process also failed miserably. I have a bit of hope that the RM will honor their word and communicate the discounted charges to me and post them to my account. That would take this rating from Zero stars up to 7 stars if UHaul actually demonstrates that they care.Christopher T.

There's never any trucks available, you might as well reserve in Peoria. On the website it will tell you that your vehicle is confirmed, yet come day of they'll have to switch you to either Canton, Peoria or Galesburg. It's just an old abandoned gas station. The drop box was rather difficult to locate on site.Jessica L.

The owner told me that the truck was full of fuel, but it was not; less than 7/8 and was charged for fuel when returned. I have dasboard photos showing more fuel was there vs when I picked it up, but returning facility says I should have went back but that was about 20 miles from pick-up facility and I had photos showing the difference in tank fullness. Will see what American Express has to say about the extra charge incurred. The RH door could not be opened with the key!!leon P.

RENTERS BEWARE!!! PLEASE KNOW YOUR RESERVATION IS NOT A GAURANTEE YOU WILL GET A RENTAL. UHAUL is a company that does not put CUSTOMERS FIRST. 2nd time i have reserved a trailer and 2nd time they notified me not one available less than 24 hrs notice. They will tell you they sent a postponement letter hower it doesnt say that on email. It will say that they will let you know within 24 hrs of pick up where you need to pick one up but nowhere will it say in the email that they might not have one for you. So forewarning have a back up. They are not reliable!!Kialee B.

I was supposed to have a 17' truck as was told there was one online only to find out all that was available was a 14' truck which we had to pay more because we had to make more trips. Thanks for making this move more stressful and expensive. It took an hour just for him to get done with the computer work so we could get our uhaul. What's the point in putting in all the info in the computer if it doesn't help. I will do everything not to have a uhaul ever again.RAYMOND R.

Mr. Kersh was very helpful & easy to speak to. The truck was in excellent shape (new actually) easy to access & park at the facility. The truck got great gas mileage, was very comfortable and extremely easy to drive. I will use U-Haul again for these reasons when I move in the future.Evelyn B.

It is pretty far away from where we were going and we only went here because there wasn't a closer location with a UHaul available. But, the owner was very personable and friendly.
