Poor signage on street at entrance, worker/employee not present when we dropped off the truck, even though the sign in the window of the apparent office said “open” and the website said open at 8 AM. Phone number posted was no longer in service. National U-Haul rep had to contact him (she actually had a number that worked.) Overall - not professional at all.
