Check in was handled in person, staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was a breeze! The truck was well maintained and everything went very smoothly. I will most definitely rent U-Hauls or storage units from here again.

I was over charged for mileage. Estimated I would drive 10 miles but only drove 5. I was charged for 11 miles. Tried to get it corrected but no response from associate as they had left early for the day.

At this Kimco location the Lady took the time to find me a rental truck the day before we needed it. Other locations didn’t offer to help. This is what I call Great Customer Service 😊

Bloated, unnecessarily excessive mileage rates for local moves including the always annoying, unnecessary, tack-on this and that fees, "weekend rates", etc., to rent a truck or other items of equipment kind of spoil the whole experience. Apparently, there's no latitude with the local vendor and little choice or competition otherwise so you're screwed. The vendor, Kimco Self Storage, made the process of renting a vehicle as easy as possible at their site having the vehicle ready and waiting as reserved but the corporate processes left somewhat of a sour taste taking the "adventure" or feel good out of the equation. U-Haul has lost it's way big time as a value way to move.

The Kimco Storage location made my move so easy. The ladies that helped me were so friendly and made the process very smooth as well as being affordable. Great customer service! I highly recommend and will to friends who need moving services!

Defrost was tough to figure out in that van in the cold. Also, radio stopped working and was stuck on auxiliary. Staff was amazing and super efficient!! Thanks!!!

Your mobile app takes 10 minutes to realize that I'm standing at the rental location, and it won't let me do anything until then. Very frustrating!

Even though this was an online reservation and pickup, the staff was quick to offer assistance should I need it. Suggested for online reservations: allow entry of D/L and other photos in advance of arriving at pickup location.

Have the truck so it can be pulled out, not backed out. Have the truck assigned to reservation so we can do the mobile pick up instead of having to go in the office.

While the questions above regarding location and cleanliness are easy to recommend, I do have one fairly negative comment. I declined the insurance for my rental during my reservation - as I already have coverage through two different products I pay for. But the woman at the counter added it to my bill anyway - she insisted on it and would not let me get the keys until I acquiesced. This nearly tripled my initial estimate. I was quoted $23 on my online reservation and I ended up paying a little over $64 plus a tiny bit of fuel for a reservation that lasted two hours and 13 miles. I will not use this location again.

The uhaul self checkout app is terrible, but Kimco is an amazing facility!!

I found out the business is mainly storage rental. They claim to be open every day from 6 am to 10 pm. But, not the U Haul part of the business. I tried to drop off the truck a little early but "all 4" parking spaces were taken. The on-line return worked fair, but shut me out while I was entering the requested truck pictures. The web site did say I owed nothing so I "assume" the transaction was complete.

This was not the location I choose to return the truck, yet after several phone calls we were told that it needed to be returned to this location because the rented the truck to someone else so after returning the vehicle with a full tank of gas was told to drive across town 20 minutes and then they charged my card for extra miles. We drove there at uhauls request and then to charge me for helping uhaul out. I will be sharing my experience on facebook and honestly cant say I will recommend uhaul service to others. Oh and when I call to talk to the person who requested the vehicle be taken to the south location a person from the east coast answered the phone and could not help me but stated he check into things and you guessed it I never heard back from him. VERY POOR SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I was charged for fuel after I had fueled my rentals, I was promised a refund on the auto trailer since it was demanded back long before it was due. I was harassed during my entire rental time for the trucks I had, it was incessant and unnecessary.

Great experience at this location! The clerk was very helpful and friendly. The truck was in good condition and we had no problems with it.

1. Your web site should notify customers if returning early but after hours there is a $20 fee. I rented for 24 hours and returned after 9 hours but the location was closed my checkout receipt shows $20 charge for returns after location was closed. 2. When I returned my rental online the website indicated I would receive a receipt by email but I did not receive the receipt.

The truck was clean and it got us to our location and back, however, there was a backup light burned out and there was a metal on metal scraping noise then entire trip. I could not have taken this truck long distance. The staff was professional and friendly.

The process was very cumbersome and required calling UHaul to have them link our previous reservation to our account. Returning the truck was a better experience, but we did NOT get a receipt via email as promised. The location is ok, but I would NOT recommend the uHaul Self Service option. It is not a good user experience.

We were very happy with the use of your storage unit! Mom moved into assisted living in August of 2020 and we used it to store what she couldn't use any more until we could either find a new home for it or we donated it to the City Mission! I have recommended your services to many of our friends who are undergoing the same circumstances!
