When I rented the truck. I reserved it until the 23rd of April. When the contract was printed out, apparently it showed it was rented until the 24th. It was partially my fault for not confirming the dates when the contract was printed. I kept what I thought was my reservation dates and dropped it off on the 23rd as I had planned in Wichita Falls, Texas. I felt that since I confirmed the drop off on the 23rd, nearly 2+ hrs early on the U-haul app. That I should have been credited for that extra day and so far I have yet to see a credit from the rental process. Seems like the person at the pick up location should confirm the dates printed on the contract. The renter is usually very busy with packing, loading, driving, unloading, and unpacking. Therefore this should be a normal practice.
