Dan CWho ever used the u haul vehicle before me did not fill the gas tank up all the way. The uhaul person didn't check the gas gauge to see this so I was shorted from the beginning. I used the truck for 8 hrs and went a total of 48 miles. When filling it up with gas before returning it, it took $30 in gas. I was rejected a gas refund and also told when putting in the gas i should have put a little gas in THEN get into the truck and look at where the gas gauge is. If not enough gas in it then put some more in and check the gauge again. All this to return the truck with the amount of gas as I started with. Needless to say I will be using a competitor next time I need a truck for moving.

WALTER MThere was very little signage to I dictate that U-Haul related business was even conducted there. No other rental vehicles or trailers were visible on site. The personnel were friendly and helpful once the location was reached.
