I chose this location because I wanted to deal with a real person. The staff were not on site; I called both numbers listed and no response was received. I dropped the truck off Saturday. On Wednesday, it dawned on me that I had never received any kind of confirmation about returning the truck. I called Uhaul and realized the reservation was still active and that the truck had not been checked in. The Uhaul staff member on the phone was extremely helpful and kind. I was disappointed in the quality of service at the drop off location.
Molly WThis was the best U-Haul service I have ever had. Ms. Kim was so nice and helped me with everything. I rented the 26 foot truck 2 weekends in a row. I like how Ms. Kim lets you know the rates, check out, returning the truck, gas and bring the truck back late. I didn't have any problems at all and there is two gas stations right before you get to Kim's. Thank you Kim for helping me with my rental!!!!

Sharon BThe location where I picked up the equipment was good. I have rental many U-Haul trucks in my life and the company does not provide the quality of service they did years ago. There are 3 U-Haul locations in Nacogdoches and this company made no effort to get a truck to any of them. We had to make a 40 mile round trip to another town to pick it up but U-Haul only added extra miles but would do nothing to cover the extra fuel burned in our car the truck. This is not the Uhaul company I have used in the past. I will choose another company if I move again.

I will definitely use that location again and recommend all my friends. Everything was on the computer. I didn’t have to do anything but signed one little paper and I was good to go great experience Highly highly recommend.

JAMIE AI reserved a truck days prior to my rental, I arrived to the location to get the truck and the woman stated she gave it to another customer because she didn’t have an extra truck available. I had to wait an hour for the other customer to bring the truck back. I rented an appliance dolly and it was not in the truck or at the location. Overall a very aggravating experience.
