No one at the location knew anything about returning the truck and trailer. Just scan the bar code and return it. I didn't have my phone so this didn't work. I ended up just leaving the truck and trailer there and calling the 888 number. The guy on the phone was very helpful and noted the return time and date. Final billing came back correct.

The furniture pads were used, dirty and covered in tape. They were thrown on the ground of the truck and there were not as many as we had ordered had paid for. We also did not the furniture dolly we paid for. The entire process to get into and return the car was incredibly complicated because both the app and the website kept crashing- The whole process took about a hour longer than it should have. I am incredibly disappointed by this experience.
Maximilian LThe app for taking the photos of the vehicle was awful. Would not let me finish the return because of an error in every photo. Did it several times and it never let me finish but when I called in it showed the order was complete.
Kevin SI was sent to multiple locations by haul that morning as my equipment wasn’t available at my set location, then they set me up at new locations and when I went there they weren’t ready for my pick up and the employee didn’t know how to check me in for my equipment.
Guy WCJ was very helpful with getting our Uhaul set up and ready for use.
