No one was there to help us out. They were attending a local fair. At least they provided a phone number on a note on the door to call since there was no drop box and the office was locked. The gentleman was very nice, and we finally knew what to do with the rental after 20 minutes. The U-Haul app also is poor - really slow and freezes. My phone connection had plenty of signal and other websites worked fine.
