Once again, this was not the location that I had originally booked. It was further away (the one that was full was right by my son’s apartment) and in a very sketchy part of town. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. Then I was charged for extra mileage when it was not my choice to go to either of these locations! I don’t understand why there wasn’t a spot saved for me at the preferred location since I indicated location when I booked the truck.

It was awful, and I will steer away from you guys every time in the future. Steve Allen is an absolute joke of an employee and has no idea how to fix an issue. Yeah, just close the case and say you can't do anything about it. It was so bad that when I returned the U-Haul, they reopened the case because they knew how wrong it was.
alex cAvoid this one. They run: a drive through, cell phone shop, internal(counter) quickie mart and a U-haul. English is a second language. Not mean spirited but 1 person doing all that makes for a bad rental. Changed my contract from the reservation, signed my name to it, I did my own trailer hook-up and safety check. Lots of phone calls to manage wrong charges, wrong drop off location etc... It's a mess Aired up 1 tire and tightened lugs on 2 wheels. Was a newer car hauler though, all the lights worked and the tie downs were good.

Jacqueline CDrop-off location was extremely inconvenient compared to my requested drop-off, Evendale, Ohio. Also, this location was very poorly marked, so difficult to find, & the tiny lot primarily served as a drive-thru food pick-up.
